ABOUT US — OUR STORY
In 2014, when Disney acquired Lucasfilm and announced the continuation of the Star Wars saga, something unexpected happened…
It was like a lightning bolt from the heavens.
The Force stirred within me once again.
I felt the same excitement I had as a child—the same awe, the same wonder. But this time, something deeper revealed itself. As I reflected on those early memories, I realised that these films had shaped more than just my imagination… they had quietly influenced the direction of my entire life.
The Call to the Path
After leaving my corporate career, I followed that inner pull across the world to Vancouver, Canada—a turning point that marked the beginning of my own Hero’s Journey.
There, I immersed myself in spiritual exploration, ancient practices, and deep inner work. I began meditating, connected with a community of yogis, and trained as a Kundalini Yoga teacher.
Years later, I returned to the UK and continued my path through training as an integrative transpersonal psychotherapist, diving into the nature of trauma, early life wounds, and the teachings of Carl Jung.
It became clear to me that the inner worlds described in psychology, yoga, and myth were not separate—they were all pointing to the same truth.
The Force & The Inner World
Through my studies, I began to see striking parallels between the Jedi and ancient spiritual traditions.
Both paths are devoted to mastering the self.
Both cultivate higher states of awareness.
Both train individuals to serve something greater than themselves.
Yogis speak of energy as prana, qi, or spirit.
The Jedi simply call it… the Force.
Even George Lucas himself drew inspiration from Eastern philosophy, warrior traditions, and mythological archetypes when creating the Jedi.
This realisation changed everything.
Bringing the Jedi Path to Life
Inspired, I began creating workshops that fused my two greatest passions: spirituality and Star Wars mythology.
What started as an experiment quickly became something more.
People didn’t just understand the teachings—they felt them.
They connected instantly.
Why? Because the story of light vs dark, the hero’s journey, the struggle for balance… these aren’t just stories. They are reflections of our own inner world.
From yoga studios to wellbeing centres, from the UK to Europe, these teachings resonated across cultures, languages, and backgrounds.
The Force, it seemed, needed no translation.
