BIO:PSYCHO-SPIRITUAL TEACHER-THERAPIST-

JAG KALEY

Jag Kaley is a dedicated teacher, mentor, healer, wellbeing coach, speaker, and writer focused on awakening the inner warrior and guiding others toward self-realisation and sovereignty. His work exists at the intersection of ancient wisdom, modern psychology, and mythic embodiment—where healing transforms into initiation and awakening evolves into purpose.

After completing a business degree and achieving success in pharmaceutical sales, Jag underwent a profound kundalini awakening in 2003, an event that dramatically changed his life and set him on a new path. Heeding the call of his soul, he left his corporate career behind and journeyed to North America, where he discovered kundalini yoga and become a certified kundalini yoga instructor after completing his teacher training in the summer of 2006.

Jag is the founder of the London Kundalini Centre, a pioneering space offering essential guidance and support for individuals experiencing kundalini and spiritual awakenings. The centre also serves as a sanctuary for those facing spiritual emergencies or crises—where the process of awakening is met with compassion, discernment, and embodied wisdom.

As the creator of the *Kundalini Jedi Warrior Training Academy*, he offers a practical path that enables individuals to reconnect with the Force within themselves—awakening latent potential, reclaiming personal power, and preparing for humanity’s transition into the Golden Age of Aquarius.

With training as a Transpersonal Integrative Psychotherapist, Jag operates as a psychospiritual teacher and counsellor, helping those on profound journeys of healing, identity dissolution, and transformation. His approach integrates psychology, kundalini bodywork, myth, nervous system regulation, and archetypal integration.

Jag lives the warrior’s path not as a concept but as a tangible practice. Drawing from over twenty years in the field of wellbeing—and from his own trials, initiations, and awakenings—he guides individuals to reclaim their sovereign identity as spiritual beings. His work addresses trauma, addiction, inner child wounds, resistance, and fragmentation, interpreting these not as pathologies, but as gateways to individuation and mastery.

Through international workshops, trainings, and teachings conducted in locations such as Spain, Canada, India, and Peru, Jag empowers others to embody their inner Jedi: grounded, awake, disciplined, and devoted to service.

His mission is clear and unwavering: to help individuals remember who they truly are, embody the fullness of their power, and become living agents of the change they wish to see in the world.

Jag Kaley exemplifies the path he teaches and provides transformative yoga therapy in London for those who feel the call.

WELL........HELLO THERE !

I’ve spent the last 20+ years trying to figure that one out. My journey has taken me through some pretty interesting territory — Kundalini, yoga, meditation, psychotherapy, Jungian psychology, trauma, the inner child, shadow work, mythology, consciousness, spirituality, the Hero’s Journey… and probably a few rabbit holes along the way that I wouldn’t recommend to everyone! 😂 But underneath all of it has been one fundamental question: What is the meaning and purpose of life? My own awakening journey began with Kundalini in 2003. That experience completely changed the direction of my life. It eventually led me into Kundalini Yoga teacher training and the development of kundalini awakening workshops, transpersonal psychotherapy, psychological and spiritual work, and many years of working with people going through profound periods of transformation — including spiritual crisis, identity breakdown, trauma, awakening and those strange periods in life when the person you thought you were no longer seems to fit. I eventually founded the London Kundalini Centre, where I worked with people navigating some of these experiences. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of sitting with a lot of people in very vulnerable places. I’ve also spent time inside spiritual communities and organisations, worked internationally, taught yoga, trained as a yoga therapist in London and experienced both the extraordinary beauty of spiritual traditions — and some of the very human shadows that can develop inside them. And I think those experiences changed my relationship with spirituality. Because I’m not particularly interested anymore in the idea that becoming “spiritual” means floating above the messiness of being human. Quite the opposite. I’m interested in bringing spirituality into the mess. Into the anger. Into the fear. Into the shame. Into relationships. Into addiction and unhealthy patterns. Into the wounded inner child. Into the ego. Into the shadow. Into the parts of ourselves we would rather not look at. Because that’s where the real work begins. It’s relatively easy to talk about consciousness, love and enlightenment when everything is going well. The real test is what happens when someone presses your buttons. When you're rejected. When you're afraid. When you're angry. When life doesn't go according to plan. When your old wounds get triggered. When you discover that the person you thought you were isn't actually who you are. That’s where spirituality becomes real. And this is where my work has been heading. Over the years I began bringing together the different worlds I had been exploring — Kundalini, psychotherapy, Jung, shadow work, the Hero’s Journey, mythology, spiritual development and the ancient archetype of the warrior. And eventually something emerged from that: Kundalini Jedi Warrior Training. The idea is actually pretty simple. The warrior isn't someone who goes out and fights everyone else. The real warrior learns to face themselves. They train. They develop awareness. They learn to work with fear rather than being controlled by it. They learn to recognise their patterns. They confront their shadow. They develop discipline. They learn to regulate themselves. They develop courage. They learn when to fight, when not to fight, and what is actually worth fighting for. Most importantly, they begin to reclaim their own life. That became the foundation for my books. Awakening the Jedi Within introduced the journey. DARKSIDE delves into the territory most of us would rather avoid — trauma, shadow, the inner child, the rejected parts of ourselves and the psychological forces that can quietly run our lives. And CONVERGENCE, which I’m working on now, is about what happens afterwards. Because doing the shadow work isn't the end of the journey. You then have to learn how to live differently. You have to bring the pieces of yourself back together. You have to take everything you've discovered about yourself and actually embody it in ordinary life. That, to me, is the real Hero’s Journey. Not escaping the world. Returning to it differently. And perhaps this is the simplest way I can describe the work I’m doing now: I want to help people remember who they really are. Not who their parents told them to be. Not who society told them to be. Not the identity they built to survive their childhood. Not the mask they've learned to wear. Not even the wounded version of themselves they may have mistaken for their true identity. But the deeper self underneath all of that. The part that can get buried underneath trauma, conditioning, fear, shame, belief systems and years of simply trying to survive. I think that is where psychology and spirituality can meet. Psychology can help us understand the human being. Spirituality can help us explore what lies beyond the conditioned personality. Perhaps the real work is learning how to bring those two worlds together. Not becoming less human because we're spiritual — but becoming more fully human because we are. That’s the territory I’m exploring now. I’m developing courses, workshops, retreats, books and training around consciousness, spirituality, Kundalini, the Hero’s Journey, the warrior archetype, shadow integration, psychological transformation and what it actually means to live an awakened life in the real world. After more than twenty years of doing this work, I certainly don't claim to have all the answers. If anything… I probably have more questions than I did when I started. 😂 But I have learned a few things along the way. One of them is this: The journey isn't about becoming someone else. It's about becoming more fully yourself. So if you're interested in spirituality, psychology, consciousness, mythology, the Hero’s Journey, Kundalini, Jung, shadow work, meditation, yoga, personal development — or you're simply trying to figure out how the hell to navigate being a human being 😂 — welcome. You're in the right place. I'd also love to connect with people doing meaningful work in these areas — therapists, psychologists, yoga teachers, spiritual teachers, coaches, artists, musicians, researchers, filmmakers, storytellers and fellow explorers. I'm particularly interested in collaborations that can bring spirituality and psychology together in a way that is grounded, practical and genuinely transformational. There’s a lot I want to explore. A lot I want to create. After 20+ years on this path, I feel like I'm only just getting started. So… hello. I'm Jag. 👋🏽 Welcome to my world. Let's see where this journey takes us. ❤️🙏🏽

It was in the summer of 2014, whilst meditating that a powerful message came through to me. It was so strong and clear that it made me sit up and take action. The words 'Kundalini Yoga' resonated deep within me.

At first, my conscious mind wondered how I would find a Kundalini Yoga instructor and fit it into my busy work schedule. However, I decided to put it out to the universe to help me find one. To my amazement, when I searched, I discovered a local teacher named Jag Kaley, and we hit it off immediately.

We arranged our first session, which quickly turned into a regular practice. I completely fell in love with Kundalini Yoga. It aligned me so profoundly to source that I was able to connect with my higher self and see my path ahead. I believe that Kundalini Yoga is the mother of all yogas, as it incorporates breath, mantra, posture, and meditation, working with the mind, body, and spirit—a perfect combination.

After practicing this particular type of yoga, I experienced a kundalini awakening that was absolutely mind-blowing.

I am deeply grateful for the universe bringing Jag into my life. Our sessions have been enjoyable, the exercises are remarkable, and we’ve had incredible deep conversations afterward too.

Jag is a dedicated Kundalini Yoga instructor who is fully committed to his path and the service of others. He is truly a wonderful, kind, and loving being of light.

Blessings to you, Jag.

Love and Light.

I have been attending Jag's kundalini yoga classes for a while now, and I can honestly say that he is an outstanding kundalini yoga instructor. He encourages you to reach your maximum potential in developing inner strength and core stability but allows students to work at their own individual levels without being forceful. I came to Jag at a pivotal moment in my life when I was seriously considering giving up my career after 13 years in teaching and was feeling quite low about my confidence and ability to believe in myself.

Through his teachings, particularly in yoga therapy in London, Jag helped me recapture that positivity and belief in myself, reminding me to be present in the moment by focusing on 'The Breath.' Since following Jag's instructions, I can honestly say that I'm no longer stressed and can view the bigger picture. Trivial things don't bother me anymore, and I have returned to being the happy, enthusiastic person I was before, reigniting my passion for my job in my new school. Jag taught me methods of Kundalini yoga that allowed me to rediscover peace and love within myself.

Moreover, Jag has helped me develop greater stamina, core strength, and emphasized the importance of switching off and finding tranquillity through deep relaxation techniques. Besides this, he is a humorous, humble, and kind individual who appeals to students from all backgrounds, regardless of race or religion. There’s a real 'buzz' about his classes, and students often feel like part of a small community when we gather for the kundalini practice. Completing a session often leaves one with a sense of euphoria and inner peace. I would definitely recommend Jag Kaley as a brilliant teacher of Kundalini yoga and hope that he remains my instructor for many years to come. Thank you for all that you do, Jag.

I started attending Jag's kundalini yoga classes at the beginning of 2015. I really appreciated the opportunity to spend an hour and a half indulging in a truly healing experience. With a very demanding day job, this was just what I needed to balance my life. The classes follow the routine of mantra and breath, which appears to free my energy and nourish the body. Each week brings different exercises, with familiar postures reoccurring. Jag, as a dedicated kundalini yoga instructor, is sensitive to ensure that each individual can engage at their own level.

The most intensive part of the class is usually in the middle, where we are encouraged to push our limits, focusing on core muscles and spinal flexibility. Jag always ensures his students remain mindful to maintain a responsible level of safety.

These yoga therapy classes in London are truly inspiring, and I am never left disappointed when I leave. There's such an open and accepting atmosphere within Jag's classes, and I encourage everyone to come and try the kundalini awakening workshops for themselves.

I have wanted to practice Kundalini yoga for a very long time when I came across Jag’s details and thought I would give it a go. It has been almost 6 months, and I have now come to love my yoga sessions. Jag, a knowledgeable Kundalini yoga instructor, conducts one-to-one sessions with me at home every week, which has been incredibly beneficial as I have a young kid and cannot always commit to going to classes. As a yoga teacher, Jag is very patient, calm, and has a unique way of motivating me. What I appreciate most is that he always asks how I feel on the day of the session and tailors our yoga therapy in London to help bring mental balance as well as physical balance. Since I started yoga with Jag, I have definitely noticed a positive improvement in my life, which many people around me have also recognized. I am truly grateful to Jag for his dedication and generosity. I know I am blessed to have such a knowledgeable Yogi guiding me in awakening my Kundalini energy through his kundalini awakening workshops. Sat Nam, Hiruni Ranasinghe, E-tendering specialist.

I would personally highly recommend Jag, my kundalini yoga instructor, from my own experience of joining his classes. As a beginner, I’ve felt the benefits of yoga therapy in London; I’ve started feeling more flexible, relaxed, and focused.
